Welcome To Air (Artificial Intelligence and Robotics)

A.I.R aka "Artificial Intelligence and Robotics" is a Team dedicated to work in the fields of "AI" and "Robotics" which had been formed by the first year students of the "DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY" formerly "D.C.E (DELHI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING)" in the year 2011.

AIR is one of the very few teams working on AI(artificial intelligence) in specific in the INDIA.Thou lot of teams form different colleges as well as form D.C.E are working in robotics and in applications in projects however very few seems to explore the world of AI.Generally it is thought that both AI and Robotics are same subjects, however the truth about these subjects doesn't seams to agree. The above misconception is due to the large application of AI "IN" Robotics.Team AIR tends to work INDEPENDENTLY in AI and Robotics.AIR also aims to merge applications of AI in ROBOTS ,that is the aim of developing a INTELLIGENT MACHINE perfected in both SUPERVISED and UN-SUPERVISED learning.

We believe that for any project to happen, the two basic prerequisites are "EFFECTIVE THEORY" and "RELATED PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS" and thus to justify our believes the teams tends to offer many lectures in AI and Robotics for the students of D.C.E and as well as the students form different colleges through out the YEAR held by renowned professors/experts/Existing Students Member(only students can teach students better) and after the lectures we try to engage the new students to test and perfect their theory by doing small PRACTICAL Projects. On the basis of these project held the deserving and the top students are selected in the Team AIR while those who could not make it can continue to have lectures basic or advance and reappear in the Projects.

We encourage all the students who love AI and Robotics and the ones those want to learn, to join the TEAM.
